Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
Whether selling or letting your commercial or residential property, you are now required to provide an EPC to the new occupier. Radnor Associates can help you by assessing the building materials, insulation, heating and lighting, together with the specific dimensions and areas of the property. With this data an EPC is produced, which records the energy efficiency rating of the property and emissions.
A recommendation report is provided to assist the occupier to make relevant improvements to increase energy efficiency.
