- ABBE Level 4
diploma in Home Inspection
- SAP and RDSAP

Stephen’s experience
includes being responsible for a major Central London
Portfolio for Westminster Council and acting for REIT Asset Management
in respect of a number of nationwide property portfolios,
which include McDonald Restaurants, WH. Smith, Comet, Superdrug,
Woolworths and Peacocks.

Radnor Associates work and client base is varied and includes
valuations for a large number of organisations, banks and
building societies such as Coventry Building Society and Clydesdale Bank. Our work is varied, for example we are currently carrying out
project management for a building in Mill Hill County High
School.
From summer 2007, as licensed home
inspectors we will be involved with producing Home Information Packs.
